This covers the waitlist on mustard.team and our free AI shopping audit.
What we collect
- The store address and email you give us for an audit.
- The email or phone number, and store address if you add one, you give us to join the waitlist.
- The ad tags in the link you clicked, such as utm_source.
- Which of our pages you view, and your browser type.
- Your IP address, kept briefly in memory to stop abuse.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about Mustard if you joined the waitlist.
- To run the audit on your store's public pages.
- To email you the report.
- To learn which ads bring people who find the audit useful.
Who processes it for us
- Mailgun sends our emails, including your report.
- PostHog (US) records page analytics and session replays. It masks what you type.
- PostHog runs only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and it records nothing.
How long we keep it
- Some audit visitors neither join the beta nor book a call. We delete their email 90 days after the test ends.
- We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them.
Deleting your data
- Email hello@mustard.team and we will delete it.
